Welcome to my PMC roller coaster project contest build (26 place overall, so thanks for the support!):
Cliffside coaster.
This coaster runs the cliff's (hence the name) around the island.
There are 5 optional routes to attend while going around the island:
- The Mines.
- The pirate ship.
- The forest.
- Cactolag village.
- Sunken road.
The total length with all the optional route's is around 6,45 minutes.
Of course it is shorter when you don't use a optional route.
In depth information about the route's.
Note the given is time only of that part and estimated.
- Creating a coaster I wanted, gave me an idea what to build. First I needed to explore the island.
- Redstone, How to control a immense amount of triple piston extenders. This is useful for my chess system update (3d player objects, first version is already live)
Other than that:
- The island is originally created by ''Inhaze''.
- Constructive feedback is appreciated.
- Or just let me know what you think in the comments including questions.
- I think I will tweak some parts for a better experience (forest mainly & sunken road).

Cliff route (the connecting way)
Time (no optional route's): 2 minutes and 35 seconds
This is the main coaster.
The optional route's are all one by one connected.
In a way that you can do all route's at once.

The Mines
Time: 1 minute
Before the entrance:
- Moving walls part (redstone).
- Ride above the ancient Sunken road.
In the mines:
- Seeing all kinds of ores and shafts.
- Unexpected turns, okay a picture reveals one but still.
Getting out:
- Fast as possible.

Time: 45 seconds
Before entering:
- Jump down into the unexpected.
Inside and around the ship:
- From top deck to captain quarters.
- From captain quarters to the cook.
- From the cook around the inner deck along side the cannons and the sleeping places.
- From the inner deck to the cargo hold.
Outside the ship:
- Pirate cave
Before entering:
- Jump down into the unexpected.

The forest
Time: 1 minute and 10 seconds
You enter directly the main part protected by the glowing pumpkins,
protecting their melons.

Cactolag village
Time: 55 seconds
Before the village:
- Plain desert...............
Entering the village:
- Survive the lag wall (1)
- Enjoy the village
Leaving the village:
- See how it disappears.
With the lag wall I mean the following:
- CPU ~1,6x normal usage
- FPS drops down with ~60%
This all for a second of 2-3.

Sunken road
Time: 1 minute and 5 seconds
Entering:
- Yup indeed your cart drowns into the water gaining track underneath the water.
The road:
- See some pools of the island from underneath.
- Jump through a waterfall to drown (again) through the water to gain track.
- See the mines entrance.
- Go trough the ancient road.
- See a dis functional roundabout.
Leaving:
- Fast as possible.
Entering:
- Yup indeed your cart drowns into the water gaining track underneath the water.
The road:
- See some pools of the island from underneath.

- See the mines entrance.
- Go trough the ancient road.
- See a dis functional roundabout.

Updated the ''Sunken road''
- Changed the old roundabout to a more roundabout version, made it a bit longer.
- Did some small redesign with the roundabout, adding a fountain. Changed patterns.
Other:
- Fixed some get away corners with more view space to see where you are going to.
- Changed some screen shots, were token in the night...
- Fixed a non-working piston in cactolag village.
- Added a render of the pirate ship.
- Smoothed some corners for better riding experience.
- Added route time of ride.
- Changed the old roundabout to a more roundabout version, made it a bit longer.
- Did some small redesign with the roundabout, adding a fountain. Changed patterns.
