I think it's missing a grille, or some defined headlamps. Something looks missing from the front end.

A normal bus is 13.5M:44FT in lenght, meaning it's 13 Minecraft blocks long. This is 20 blocks long, making this bus 65.6FT in lenght. Not 1:1 scale but looks good.
