Conquered_ (Trees&Stones)

The pack contains 59 unique Trees and 20 different rocks for different enviroments.
Each of the Schematics has a BO2 Equivalent, so you can use it with Worldpainter.
For the Worldpainterusers i also included an airblock to the BO2 list so you can easier create the correct forst density.

the Trees/Rocks have been sorted into different categories:

Trees:
  • Oak
  • willow
  • Pine/spurce
  • darkoak
  • Birch
  • olive
  • Palm
  • realistic Jungle
  • mixed dark-/oaklike
  • angleoak
  • wide jungle

Rocks
  • overgrown (forest)
  • bare
  • icy
  • sandstone
  • volcanic

You can use these Schematics/BO2s in your projects/worlds/server without needing any special written permission if you give proper credit to me as the oiriginal creater of the assets.
However you are not allowed to reupload the schematics and claim them to be your own work and/or put them behind any sort of commercial link.

What's with BO2 and Worldpainter? I've been using solely Schematics for Worldpainter for ages now, and its actually the BO2 files that dont seem to work..
BO2 files can save an offset for where their center should be, which is usful for thinbgs like trees with roots so that the roots go under the ground. Schematics only save the block data, so it will just place it from one of the lower corners, which may cause some weird looking floating trees on hills and such

Weird, Worldpainter must compensate for that or something. Whenever I use worldpainter I always pick schematics, yet I rarely run into the problems you just outlined.

Also, whenever I use a schematic from worldedit, it pastes from the original position I saved.

A helpful hint for WorldPainter Users!

You can upload the .schematic file to worldpainter without having to convert it to BO2!

How do you make them into BO2 schematics, just saying. :/

I have a pretty good idea, but just wana know for sure
there is a rubyscript that lets you convert schematicfiles to bo2

i had massive trouble setting it up but got it running with some help (when you google schematic to bo2 converter you will find it eventually) =)

Did you make these trees completely by hand?
worldedit and customscripts were involved other than that yes :P

Very nice trees, used them in some of my projects.  but the fact that you have made the rocks with the different textures makes it impossible to render with chunky :/
yeah i know sadly chunky doesnt support the ctm textures but wwho knows maybe it will catch on at some point ;)

I love your trees (and texture pack of course). I like combining multiple styles of trees together. They inspire me to make awesome maps like this. http://www.planetminecraft.com/project/--arid-undergrowth---custom-terrain-with-structures--/ Can't wait to see more trees from you (hint hint).
sweet map man :D
i thought about making more but i really need to get some motivation first ^^

I made a treepack myself too. I have inspriration and motivation most of the time. Too bad its hard to get noticed when you dont have an amazing and popular texturepack to go along with it.
nice o_o

Monsterdish_, I am thinking of making a new PMC project. It will involve your trees aswell as other tree packs like Lente's. I was thinking of making Worldpainter layers with ther best trees already selected and the best densities etc.

Do I have your permission? Because I think it would be an awesome project.
as long as my pack i credited ofc thats what i made the pac for ;)
