120 miles west of Costa Rica...

9 kilometers long and 7 across, this is a 1:1 scale recreation of Isla Nublar as it was shown on the maps from the original Jurassic Park movie from 1993. Specifically, I used the old JPLegacy reference map for the layout; if you wish, you may find this useful yourself.


The map features a lush, rain forest-covered, tropical volcanic island with a custom underground material, as well as roads copied from the original satellite map, and an airstrip in the east for airplane access as was on the official brochure. The map can be explored on its own and lived in in survival mode, or built on in creative. It is meant generally for you to build the park yourself, or whatever else you may wish to build. If you do make a publicly-available build of Jurassic Park on this map, do feel free to give me credit on the map please <3

All trees, save for some of the palms, have leaf decay enabled for easy removal. The map is ready for building as soon as you open it in-game, in version 1.20 or higher. I may make a 1.18 version as well when the Fossils & Archaeology mod updates to that version too.
