The 1 West 36th Street is a 41-story Modern/Art Deco styled skyscraper, completed in 2010. Mixed use building, 90% are luxury hotel rooms and apartments with an amazing view (not really) on the Midtown.
Based on 400 Fifth Avenue, NYC.
