Oberste Gasse 55 was a Merchant's house in Kassel, Germany. it was located on the Street Oberste Gasse next to the Street Ziegengasse. and the house Oberste Gasse 53.

It was one of 3 Stone houses in the street, the other 2 being Oberste Gasse 41 and 47.

The unnecessary English bombing raids over Kassel destroyed this house and all the other 2 Houses aswell.
