Here is a brand new contemporary modern house that I've managed to complete.

Big update:
The house has been modified with new materials and designs under a newly customised resource pack (essentially a partial mash up between the WOK Flows HD and Use-The-Blocks packs). The resource pack has been bundled/added into the world save file, so no further download is required. Optifine with connected textures is recommended.

Built in 1.10.2.
No WorldEdit used.

Includes following features:

3 fully furnished en suite bedrooms
Multiple indoor and outdoor living areas
Kitchen
1 large swimming pool (with Jacuzzi, bar area, showers and sun beds)
Garage (no cars)
