This is a one-block pixel size number countdown machine. It counts down from nine and the timing can be adjusted. I might work on a two digit number system next.

Yeah, it looks pretty intense at first glance but most of it is just connecting the redstone to the right lights. It gets pretty crowded with ten numbers.
