I didn't expect to fall in love with this little world as much as I have. It has some really beautiful little locations in it, that really captured my imagination when building. I've gotta be honest; there was a lot of design that went into placing and replacing the flowers. But, most of the magic was simply some beautiful beginners luck :P

It's true that flowers are often over looked as a design choice. MC flowers traditionally looked very "Lego" like and too uniformed in rows or pots. I was a bit nervous about how they might be perceived by other builders. I did go a little bit wild with them...
I'm just starting to experiment with flowers en mass. They can make the most ordinary area look like an Alpine meadow. They also play a good device to highlight hills and gullies when you're not using snow.
I will certainly be incorporating more flowers in my builds in future.
