The Roman Hanging Garden is a mix between a Greco-Roman Temple, the Hanging Gardens of Babylon, and the Capitol Building.
I initially wanted to make a large tower, but I realized that a lower, 3-4 storey building like a monument in D.C. could support a more organic theme.
From far away, the beacons and fountains can be seen. When you come closer, a grand structure appears with hanging plants and endless waterfalls.
The central building servers as the base for the rest of the garden, holding up a bed chamber and the 4 beacon platforms. In its center is a small pool with a large gold-decorated statue of a goddess, with a giant live wreath encircling it, and end rods and sea lanterns lighting it up.
The building partially filling the hole is an observatory-styled bed chamber held up by diagonal and curved beams.
The main blocks used in the construction of this were quartz, to simulate marble, and bricks, to simulate shingles.
The large circular pool has quartz and aquamarine bricks on the bottom to give a seaside feel. However, the pool is lined by the dirt of the map itself, so it could keep the land fertile. The other plants in the building have not been fully covered so they could be watered by the rain.
The beacons and the waterfalls aren't necessarily giving the build a fantasy theme, but a godly theme.

I added trees to put shade on the bath, and to add the final organic touch to the build before it is judged.
