This so-called "Small Homestead" is exactly what it sounds like: A very basic house designed to look like an Old West homestead. It doesn't have a lot to offer in terms of space, but in turn you don't need a lot of materials to build it. It is simply meant to be your standard starter home (your "Little House on the Prairie", if you will) that you build before moving on to greater things.
