Solar Power adds the feature of making items with "electrisity" made from a Solar Panel.

Version 1.0
The system will currently only work with a Furnace - Place the crafted Solar Panel on TOP of a Furnace
Added a power storage ( max 12.000, 1000 per item smelting )
Added the basic Solar Panel
Added so that if Solar Panel is broken, you will get it back

Known Bugs
Solar Panels can only be placed in one direction ( they can be removed and be placed back )
Placing a Solar Panel can break blocks

Inportant Information
Do NOT place two or more Solar Panels right next to each other, as if one of them is broken, the other ones will be destroyed and only one of the items will be given back ( It shall work to have one block between each )
