Hello,

this is a motorcycle that was built to be fast and maneuverable.
I wanted it to look like the motorcycles they use in the MotoGP races but the thin tail and prominent fuel tank kinda made it look like a mix between a sports bike and a streetfighter or roadster. Actually, you can make this into a pretty convincing streetfighter/roadster by just turning around the custom head at the front.
With some slight modifications you can turn it into an adventure or Off-Road Motorcycle, too.

what is the block on top of the fence gate? I literally have no clue what that is but I would really like to build this!

It is a Crimson Trapdoor custom head. You need to copy the command from the Minecraft Heads website and paste it into a command block in your world and let it execute the command.

how do you get the levers to float in mid air? I am on xbox one edition and I can't get them to stay there.

you can also use a debug stick so that it can simply just be the lever instead of having to use the barrier block.

You need barrier blocks. They are invisible as long as you don't hold a barrier block in your own hand.
I placed the barrier blocks next to the fuel tank and placed the levers on the barrier blocks from underneath.
Barrier blocks work just like normal solid blocks, so you can place all kinds of things like buttons, levers, ladders and torches on them. They're really useful.
