Terra de Ruit Vexilla
Is latin for land of ruined flags. This small village, once a thriving community in the high mountains has been torn apart by the elements, tearing the reamains to further scraps. The people were passionate about their land, they made their roofs from the materials of their flags, they hung their colors wherever they could, and now it is ruined.
