Today I present to you a very old build of mine. Honestly, it has been sitting around in my files collecting dust for a few years now, and thought it deserved to be shared with the public. Mind you, I am not content with how this build turned out, and I must admit, it was originally built in a hurry. Someone with a keen eye will notice how the door in the top section looks bloated, or how the top roof lacks any detail or shape. Furthermore, the shape of the build itself is rather simplistic, and it is completely symmetrical. But alas, enough of me degrading my own work! Here are some features this map contains:
- The temple itself, of formidable size (it would have been much much higher if the height limit had allowed it!)
- Pathways leading to the entrances on all four sides, ornated with towers and lanterns.
- A mountainous landscape of dense pine forest.
Lastly, I want to thank both EnderWorkbench and RayCast media for their fantastic work (cinematic & render, respectively).
Obviously, the shape of the temple itself highly resembles that of ancient Roman or Greek temples. In terms of design choices, it was mostly a larger remake of Paranados, but using a different set of woods and colors. Like I said before, this is not an innovative build, rather it is just more of the same.
See the Creative Commons license below. It should be self-explanatory, but I will summarize it for you nonetheless:
What you can do:
- Use the build for whatever purpose on your own server, as long as you credit me by linking to this page, and no money is made from it (either directly or indirectly!)
- Share the build, either altered or unaltered, as long as you credit me by linking to this page, and no money is made from it. It must be shared under the same terms!
- Use the build for 3D-art-related purposes outside of Minecraft (by all means, if your PC can handle it!), again: credit and non-commercial.
Please respect these terms! The license is here for a purpose; too often in this community are builds stolen or abused for financial gain.
