The Artificer's Study

Howdy all!

This is for the Minecraft Discord's Fortnightly Building Challenge (FBC), which took me a whopping 39 hours to complete. I worked hard on this one for sure.

The theme was "Laboratory", and as a firm fan of fantasy, I went for something aligning with alchemy, for obvious reasons. Fantasy is the best, don't even argue with me. You know it's true.

I went for kind of a cluttered feel, since the Artificer is a bit of a messy person. There's pots and bowls strewn about the room, and a spilled flask with mice wandering about the room. Since it's a fantasy build, I spent a lot of time on the right color blend for the walls and floor. With the right blend, a 2D surface can look very 3D. Off in the corner, you may notice the stove with the fire inside. That's actually a blaze rod. I would have added the Artificer himself, but I ran out of time. I hope you enjoy the rest though.

This map is on sale for $5 USD, should you wish to explore it! It might work as a lobby or server hub, if you can find a use for it. It's a massive map, no doubt about it.
