The Westemnet
"Gandalf spoke now to Shadowfax, and the horse set off at a good pace, yet not beyond the measure of the others. After a little while he turned suddenly, and choosing a place where the banks were lower, he waded the river, and then led them away due south into a flat land, treeless and wide. The wind went like grey waves through the endless miles of grass. There was no sign of road or track, but Shadowfax did not stay or falter...
For many hours they rode on through the meads and riverlands. Often the grass was so high that it reached above the knees of the riders, and their steeds seemed to be swimming in a grey-green sea. They came upon many hidden pools, and broad acres of sedge waving above wet and treacherous bogs; but Shadowfax found the way, and the other horses followed in his swath. Slowly the sun fell from the sky down into the West. Looking out over the great plain, far away the riders saw it for a moment like a red fire sinking into the grass. Low upon the edge of sight shoulders of the mountains glinted red upon either side. A smoke seemed to rise up and darken the sun's disc to the hue of blood, as if it had kindled the grass as it passed down under the rim of earth.
'There lies the Gap of Rohan,' said Gandalf. 'It is now almost due west of us. That way lies Isengard.'
'I see a great smoke,' said Legolas. 'What may that be?'
'Battle and war!' said Gandalf. 'Ride on!'"

Lore
The Westemnet was the western part of Rohan's great grasslands, stretching from the Entwash in the east to the Isen in the west, and Fangorn in the north to Westfold and the Folde to the south. Across the Entwash lay the Eastemnet. It was a low-lying region of grassland, wandering streams, fen and bog.
The Westemnet was originally part of the realm of Gondor, until in T.A. 2510 the fief of Calenardhon was granted to Eorl the Young by the Ruling Steward Cirion. Thereafter, it was part of Rohan.
Construction
The intention with this project was to capture the vast, open feel of Rohan, whilst maintaining a sense of historical and agricultural realism - based especially upon Anglo-Saxon buildings and farms. Each village and homestead was led by either a single builder or team of two builders, with contributions from others. The farms were built seperately, using our extensive research on mediaeval farming techniques in the process. Each village was named using Old English - the language Tolkien used to represent Rohirric.
Though the region was little described by Tolkien, we decided to build a few sparse villages and homesteads scattered across the plains. The largest, Entwade, lies at the crossing of the Entwash, and sprung up around the livestock trade at that place. The Westemnet is only a part of the kingdom of Rohan, which is set to be the largest kingdom on ArdaCraft's map so far.
For anyone who is interested in seeing a detailed timeline of the project's construction, the Westemnet project thread on our forums provides a good overview.
The Westemnet forms part of a larger project which seeks to recreate Middle-earth in its entirety. Credit goes to Benzathoth and iNamelessi for leading this project, and to the entire community of builders for leading all the villages and homesteads therein.
The Westemnet can be viewed from above on ArdaCraft's dynmap. There is no download available, but ArdaCraft is a non-whitelisted server which anyone is welcome to come and explore, provided they have installed our modpack first.

But this building is still far from Folder)
(If anything, this expression means that this building is not as good as the other one. I'm clarifying just in case as I don't know if this expression is in English)
