I've been very busy lately, and thus haven't been able to make too much headway on my Village Transformation Project. In the meantime, I thought I'd release a small collection that covers many of the basic building types in the project. Note that this collection is by no means comprehensive, and you'll be able to see all the variants once the world download for the project is added in the next update.

What I've tried to do with this pack is provide examples of building types and decoration styles that are prevalent in my project. For buildings that have similar shapes, I tried to make all the walls demonstrate different ways of decorating. In this project, you'll find seven house variants, a couple minor decorations, two public buildings, and a version of my cathedral that was specially modified for this project.

One of my major objectives for this project was to make a town that was player-scaled. Many times, I find that cities look really nice but are too big to walk through and be a part of as a player. In this pack, I've strived to create buildings that are both pretty and also usable in a survival or roleplay setting. As always, you are free to use any of the buildings I've provided in your own projects. I only request that you let me know if you do, so I can check them out. Enjoy!

Notes:

I am using the BDoubleO resource pack for 1.12 with Terracotta Add-on. The only major effect this will have is to change the roof of the public buildings. If you would like my advice for a Vanilla replacement, I suggest a mixture of cyan terracotta and gray concrete.

Additionally, I've always had difficulties with world downloads working properly, so if you don't spawn correctly, the correct spawnpoint should be -510, 7, -1112 (X,Y,Z). If anything doesn't work properly, let me know so I can fix it.

Finally, big thanks to BDoubleO100, who inspired the first house in this pack. My thoughts with you in these hard times.
