Basically, a tundra of sorts in a more temperate area (it is cold but not snowy.) In this map there is a large mountain chain going from southwest to north east. There is a forest in the east, and the tundra itself is in the southern and eastern part of the map.
I experimented again with the terrain composition and got this dark stone, if you want to see more with this stone mixture, be sure to ask.

As always, you are free to use this map and build whatever you want on it. My only two requests are:
