Regime Cyborg was originally offered enhancements to his body if he were to join Regime Superman's regime. After joining the regime, he was given the enhancements he was promised.

Regime Cyborg is seen with Regime Raven, both helping in the torture of Insurgency Deathstroke because of his refusal of Regime Superman's "amnesty". Green Lantern, coming along to recharge his ring, hears the regime counterparts and mistakens them for villians before realizing who they are. The regime counterparts believe he is their Green Lantern (who is actually Yellow Lantern) until Green Lantern tells them to both stand down. After an intense battle, the regime counterparts are defeated, allowing Insurgency Deathstroke to slip away.

Regime Cyborg is next seen hacking Normal Cyborg's systems after he defeated Regime Cyborg. After battling to a hacking standstill, they give that up and fight one-on-one, leading to Regime Cyborg's defeat.

In the attack on Stryker's Island, Regime Cyborg is in charge of broadcasting Regime Superman's message.

Regime Cyborg is last seen being imprisoned along with the rest of the regime.
