Alexander Anatolyevich Belov (real name Potkin; April 29, 1976) is a Russian nationalist politician and businessman. Coordinator of the central council of the Movement against Illegal Immigration (DPNI) (2002-2009), recognized as an extremist organization and banned by a court decision. Head of the national supervisory board of the Russian movement (since May 2011). Previously, he was the press secretary of the NFP “Memory”. He was one of the leaders of the Russian nationalist movement; he was perceived by the authorities as a “little Fuhrer”, which is why all broadcasts of him on TV were blocked. Since October 2014, he has been in custody on charges of economic crimes. Belov himself and his associates associate the criminal prosecution with his political activities.
