Here some instructions
1.Download and rename it Char
2.Go to your .minecraft and go to your bin
3.Open minecraft jar. as Winrar or 7zip and find the file that said mob click it
4.Go to the Skin (the Char) and drag it on the mob file
5.Done and finish
