This is Ekimu, the mask maker, as he appears in the Bionicle 2015 video shown at New York Comic Con. He wears the mask of creation.

He was once a great craftsmin, but his brother Makuta grew jelous and tried to outdo him. Makuta created a mask so powerful that it could not be controlled. Just in time Ekimu managed to remove the mask from Makuta's face, plunging them both into a deep slumber...
