A wanna-be super hero, complete with his own cape, derped-up eyes, and wearing an extra speedo for that super hero "Oomph"!

Took all but five minutes to make, and the results are horrifying. God only knows why this idea popped into my wretched mind.

This makes my other boredom-born skins look like high resolution angels. Q_Q
