Diamrem

She is basically a zombie mermaid. Her arms are a parasitic type of sea serpent with hard scales similar to that of a dragon. She eats and can see with her serpent arms. Her face is the remains of her normal mermaid years and is basically just for show. For a shirt she wears a piece of seaweed wrapped around her and held together at the front by a clasp made out of a dead starfish. She also decorates her hair with dead starfish and dead fish grease. Before she is about to strike her victims, they get a powerful whiff of her dead fish smell and faint and then get devoured by the serpents.
