hey peeps its my contest skin i chose Eragon from my favorite book series "The Inheritence Cycle" its the first time i used 3D hair/ears effect thing-lie so its not the best :3 anyways feedback and your opinion is apriciated as always
Originally, Eragon was human of average height, intense brown eyes, dark thick eyebrows and brown hair. Eragon was described sometimes as smallish or more lithe than average. Roran described Eragon as having a slight build in Eldest. He attended the Blood-Oath Celebration in Ellesméra, where he was transfigured into an Elf/Human hybrid by the dragons' magic. His face became more angular, pale, and smooth. His eyes became slanted and his ears became pointed. His speed, strength, sight, touch, smell, hearing, and taste were all augmented to Elf-like sensitivity. He did retain some human qualities, including thicker cheek bones and the need to shave. Most importantly, he was completely healed of his accursed scar on his back.
After punching a soldier in a skirmish and dislocating his fingers, Eragon used magic to grow thick calluses on his knuckes, similar to the Dwarves' Asc?dgamln. This enabled him to punch hard objects with little or no consequence to his hands.
how to get "Brisingr" and "Zar'roc" to your game(windows only im not a mac person but if you are go ahead and send me your tut if you want to waste your time :3):
1.download this image
2.oped "run" program and type in "%appdaa%" then press enter
3.you should be in a folder called "roaming" (if your not repeat step 2 :P) now locate folder called ".minecraft" open it and then from there find your "bin" folder and open that
4.(for this step you need a program called "winRAR" or "7zip" click on "minecraft" file with you're left mouse button then open with winRAR/7zip
5.now open "gui" folder in there you should find "items.png" image file back it up anywhere in your computer and then delete it from "gui" folder :P
6.drag and drop the file you downloaded earlier to your "gui" folder (using winRAR/7zip) then close it and save it
TA DA you're done following my derpish tutorial and you should have Zar'roz and "Brisingr" in your game (Zar'roc=golden sword Brisngr=diamond sword)
a tut of how to add it to a texture pack and also a more advanced tut for windows coming soon :P

it was really hard to make him look like he was discribed in the books since Christopher Paolini (creator of eragon) wrote so little about his appearence all i really remember after reading all 3 books(4 but i haven't read the latest one yet :3) is that his face was kinda edgy/elfy looking and he had a tough body after traveling for such a long time n stuff :I i just gave him a simple lether jacket with shirt and pants since i cant really remember what he was wearing at the end of the book 3 :I

ok now that everything else is said ill tell you how to get eragon's sword to your game "Zar'roc" as golden sword and "Brisngr" as diamond sword
