I've only played the Megaman series on emulators but DMB2121 was having a contest and by first try didn't seem fiery enough (was aiming for Apollo, turned out to be a red-headed soldier thing), so I just made a Megaman character

Water Man doesn't exist. There was Bubble Man (MM2), Dive Man (MM4), Wave Man (MM5), Aqua Man (MM8), Splash Woman (MM9), and Pump Man (MM10). So making Water Man would be fanmade.
