This is an overlay of the cape, shoulderpads, and crown used on my Hell's Island IGEBM skin.

Just to be clear, there isn't really a king of Hell's Island. On the world, the people in command was a council of three people (me and two of my friends), who were each in charge of something: there was the Head of Construction (Drome), the Head of Defense (Ant), and the High Councilman (me), who was the leader of the Council, and thus the highest power in the nation.
