Welcome to my 4th PMC Anniversary contest!

It's been four years since I've started skinning, and joined PMC,
and so I'm organising a themed contest!


The theme of the contest is:
Doctor Who

The goal is to create a skin of a character from Doctor Who (you can look it up), with technique and style!
You can choose anything, from The Doctor himself to the cybermen, or even the TARDIS (yes, she is a character),
but remember to not always stick to the most represented characters!

DEADLINE: September 20th 2019

4. Have fun!
5. If you've read the whole spoiler, comment with "Public Call Box" when entering!

JUDGING METHOD and PRIZES
The judging of this contest will include two parameters:
Technique (Shading, shaping..) and Coloring.

Each parameter is judged on 10 point, meaning the final score is
out of 20.


Prizes:

1st Place: A detailed (or basic) skin request, a golden trophy.

2nd Place: A basic skin request, a silver trophy.

3rd Place: A basic skin request, a bronze trophy.

Runner-ups (4th and 5th Places): A special trophy.

Every Participant: A participation trophy!
