Contrast is pretty heavy on the skin tone in comparison to the rest of the skin, and colors seem to be a little lacking in spice in comparison to your past skins.
(idk if thats to be more accurate to the actual character or not but shrugulug)

I've also been meaning to mention this before but hair shading shouldn't always have that symmetrical balance/ have 3 symmetrical highlights. Although it does apply to some cases, not all hair is straight down and that symmetrically balanced. I feel in the cases where it shouldn't be shaded like that, it should be represented with more curved or partially diagonal-like highlights and shadows. imo

all of this you said is so helpful! thank you so much! i've been having trouble with hair shading for months and maybe years now. im not the best skinner, but honesty, im not sure what style im trying to go for... there's several styles i like but i think less shading is cleaner looking and less messy then my past work. i'll try my best to work on everything you said ! ♥
