Hey Everybody! This is 2012commander here, and this is Oliver Victor from the OLD 2012 horror game "Erie!" Oliver Victor is a Red Cross Investigator who was sent to the Enrico Fermi Fast-Breeding Nuclear Power Plant in the Frenchtown Charter Township in Southern Michigan on October 6th, 1966, after the plant partially melts down. his goals were to enter the facility, use spraypaint to place casualty markers and designate areas of danger, and prevent further meltdown of the reactor. when he drops down a shaft into a tunnel, he discovers an underground laboratory filled with horrific mutations stalking the halls. he uses his spray can to mark places he's already been in the labyrinth. he has to find 3 cards to open the generator rooms and a master card to unlock the escape sub. the learns through scientist's notes and documents that they were performing experiments on prisoners, but ran out. they then desperately resorted to abducting the townsfolk. they were trying to force mutate individuals. when Victor escapes, it is presumed that he notifies the police/government.
fun fact: his name is a reference to the hero of the Battle of Lake Erie, Victor Oliver Hazard Perry.
