SAR Techs are the Canadian Air Force's land and sea survival experts who specialize in rescue techniques, including Arctic rescue, parachuting, diving, mountain climbing and helicopter rescue.

I made this for an event where a helicopter was sent to extract survivors, and thought making a skin based on this would make sense.
