The hair seems too detailed for the overall style, and not having the sides of the face meet up is really distracting. And it just doesn't look like Superman (from Man of Steel, assumably your inspiration)

Chest was good, actually. No flab.

Arms and legs, the highlights are way too big. The four-block just seems too large, and putting them next to lowlights just gives it a level of... messiness? There are ways to do it right, but the four pixel block doesn't give any illusion to ripples or creases.

And the cape was really good. But it blends with the boots to the point of not being able to tell which is which.
