The Lurking is some creature/human thing which feeds on the small rodents and things down underground. Shackles on his arms and legs appear broken so he has escaped from somewhere but the shackles indicate somebody wanted to keep him away underground where nobody will find him perhaps thats why they call him the lurking. Made up underground creature myself also this is my first submission enjoy :D
