From the newly released video game, Destiny, this is essentially the "Magic"/support class of the game. These guys have studied the ancient Traveler, and gained some of it's vast knowledge. They merge "magic" and technology together to essentially become Cyber-Monks. 



Now all you need is Dennis Rodman and Jean Claude Van Damme.
