After releasing this wolverine skin I didn't conform myself with how it looked, so after watching the movie I remake it. Here he's, in all his glory.
[Who's this Character?]
James Howlett is a mutant that has the power to heal himself pretty fast and have 3 claws in each fist. After being experimented by the weapon-X, a USA government institution that was trying to recreated the super-soldier serum (captain America). In this process, his skeleton was replaced with a indestructible metal know as adamantium. Not only his skeleton but also his claws. And after that they tried to wipe his memory and in this moment he escaped. This resulted in a naked memoryless Guy, now using the name Logan, wondering in the frozen forests of Canada. After some years he was found by a guy know as Charles Xavier that recruited for his mutant academy and to his team of mutants, the X-Men, to protect mutants and humans using a new name, Wolverine.

There's no way you could release the Steve version pleasebut it doesn't have one like yoursI've been looking for it almost every day for over two months and I never find it like yours, except in the Steve versiondo like steve's bodyI only use the Steve base to make characters that are really physically strong (in the level of the hulk for example).
If you want a Steve base wolverine skin I'm sure you will be able to find some really good skins
