is there a version of this for 1.8? I hate the versions of Minecraft above 1.8.9

Hi, sorry, there is no supported version for minecraft 1.8. These versions use a different resource pack "system". But if you want to use it for 1.8.9, you can change names of folders in the resource pack called "item" and "block" to "items" and "blocks" (it's located in textures folder) that way mc should load the textures. Other stuff like green_wool use also different names like wool_green (I think) so yeah.

i don't like glowstone,coarse dirt,cobblestone (and all things with the cobblestone texture on it),and gravel,
all of the textures for those things are a bit to messy and all over the place. i also hate the helmets. a bit to odd.
(i LOVE the glass tho)

Hi. the reason why those textures may seem - or well are messy, is that, to put it simply, they are 8x8. I know I can make the textures more smoother, but that would require to make them different from the original Mc textures, and that's what I don't want. I'm going to make cobblestone and bedrock smoother, those white spots weren't nice. However, I agree with you, and I will keep that in mind - if I am ever going to make "8-bitCraft 2" or something like that, I will implement more smooth textures.

Hi, this resource pack is for Java Edition of the game, and will not work on the Bedrock Edition. I don't know if I will ever make this for Bedrock too, but I will see later.
