How to install Minecraft Resource Packs

Replaces mace sounds with the sounds of the boss Dogma from The Binding of Isaac.
Replaces mace texture.
Mace texture depends on Density and Breach enchantments
Changes Wind Charge sound (optional)

Should work on versions below 1.21.5 but enchantment dependent textures won't work (Haven't tested)
