Less Leaf Litter

This will be part of a larger pack that I am working on which will edit leaf litter, but I wanted to get this out of the way first.

This pack changes the texture of leaf litter, and simply makes it so that there's... less. There is SO MUCH OF IT naturally generating. I'm going to hope for the best and assume that Mojang will fix this a little bit in the upcoming handful of snapshots but IT IS A LOT and I didn't want to go to bed tonight without doing something about this myself. PMC please don't tag this as spam content the leaves just bugged me a little bit :(

Will make another pack after dinner that makes the leaves visible but even less obtrusive. Expect my next handful of posts to be about leaves 💀
