When browsing older posts I have no idea what version of Minecraft the map was built on, a map uploaded 10 years ago leaves me guessing. It would be great for the submission to find what version the uploaded map was built on. A lot of users use external hosting platforms for their maps so that might be a bit more challenging, but for those maps that are hosted through PMC itself it would be a great feature.

Or instead, simply list the most recent Minecraft version that is available when the map was uploaded. It may not be 100% accurate with each submission but it would give the viewer a better idea of the time in relation to Minecraft releases.
