It would be awesome if we could mention Minecraft usernames. Perhaps a new prefix could be used like "@#", "#" or "%".
Another option would be just listing users in the @ listing, but it should only show the matching name (not both pmc username and mc username) and display an icon to indicate the source of the name.

So it could look like this (with better, custom icons):
