In order to keep new users informed and save everyone in chat's time, it would be great to add a link to the forum post https://www.planetminecraft.com/forums/archive/guidelines/how-add-your-minecraft-skin-onto-165472/ in either the chat rules or as a system message to new chat users or perhaps to users who post a message including a few keywords if the chat system would support it.
