There are little particles on the blank skin that aren't white
If you use the color picker tool and scan the blank skin with it, you will notice that the skin isn't all white and there are some parts on the skin that look white but aren't. Instead some of the particles will be #FFFFFE or #FEFFFF and even if you cover those spots up with say like red, it won't be #FF0025 but instead it will be #FF0026. You can notice the spots even better with the paint brush and you set it to 0%. Please fix this because I don't like having this in my skins.
I'm not sure there's much you'd be able to do if the browser was changing the color of pixels on you in transit.
So just so I'm clear on the issue: you select Paint Brush, you select #FFF, and you draw on the skin; some of those pixels end up being close-to-white but not exactly white?
I tried to reproduce the issue by making a black skin and drawing white on it, then scanning with the dropper, but it's only picking up #000 and #FFF as expected.
