When designing our profile pages, I find that it isn't super flexible. A way to provide more flexibility could be CSS integration so we can upload / write custom CSS as an addition to the already in-place tools. As one of likely many coders on the site, this could see an increase of creativity and reduce the limits of what's possible on our personal pages and I think this would be a good feature to add.
