Right now the data pack section of PMC is full of OP data packs that are low effort yet get tons of downloads. One Way to reduce potential spam is to limit the data pack post limit to ONE a day. This will stop spam and low effort packs and keep the data pack section less full of spam. This could be temporary or permanent, but I think it will help combat spam in the data pack section and discourage low effort packs.

Basically, after a pack has been submitted, you can't submit another data pack for 24 hours. In the upload page of your profile, the upload data pack will be unable to be pressed and have a countdown for 24 hours.
