Wall posting on the home page

Smth like Twitter and Facebook etc.

That you can post wall posts from the home page!

Only if it's not just a "what's happening" for wall-posts but rather a couple of buttons:

"make submission" , "start forum thread" and "share wall-post", all the categories of content that can be found on the community feed.

Wouldn't want PMC to turn into the next Twitter 😬

The one problem I have with adding this is I'm not sure we want to be making it that easy to post things, if all a bot has to do is load up the homepage and see a big obvious text box then that will make it easy for them to spam, we already get about one advertisement bot wall post every 24 hours.
