As someone who moderated submissions and gets to see how many people struggle reaching 100 characters, my only questions is why?

100 characters is like 2 sentences, it like half the size of a tweet, if you are having toruble meeting 100 characters, try describing your submission,

if it is a resource pack, explain what you have changed etc, meeting 100 characters is not very hard, your submission description, is a description of your submission, so describe it in full

for example, this message is coming up to 500 characters
