Hi! I understand that this request is a little niche, but I thought it would be helpful if the 24-hour submission bump timer was switched to a static timer.

I found it difficult to log on in time to bump submissions every day (as I have work and studies) without pushing back the timer for the next day since the 24 hours only start counting after you click the bump button. For example if I wanted to bump my submission at 12:00 every day, but log on an hour late, I would have to wait until at least 13:00 the next day to bump it again. This eventually accumulates into late and messy bump schedules.

By having the bump timer refresh at a set time every day, members of the community can choose when to bump their submissions. This is helpful for coordinating events/updates and to make your submission more visible to specific time zones.
