Website message bug

Hello I'm darkmazeblox. So till yesterday I'm having some issue . Every Time I get on the site , the messages show 1 notification but when I check my messages , there are no new messages . I reloaded it a few times but it didn't work . I'm on my Amazon fire tablet .
