What if, hear me out here, there was a way to host watch parties on PMC. So there's already tools outside of PMC that you can do this with, but what if you could host on site and your subs could join and watch stuff with you? Moreover, you could use this to show off youtube content to your viewers, or just hang out with your subs outside of chat and PMs.
